A friend and I recently had brunch at Gray's Cafe. She had an omelet with green chili. I had the Mexican steak with eggs. Both dishes were delicious. The green chili had just the right amount of bite. There was only one waitress on duty, and she did it all, efficiently! The cinnamon rolls sounded so good that we each ordered one to go. I've had a few bites of mine since coming home, and it's delicious in spite of not having raisins or pecans.
Best Green Chili in town love the Green Chili burrito and the service stop in multiple times every time I am in Colorado.
